Today was filled with Dr. Seuss Fun!
We had green eggs and ham!
We liked them, Sam I am!
We made a hat out of strawberries and bananas!
"Try them, try them, and you may! Try them and you may, I say." ― Green Eggs and Ham
We had several students dress as characters from famous Dr. Seuss stories as well as bring their favorite Dr. Seuss book!
"It is fun to have fun, but you have to know how." — The Cat in the Hat
"It's not about what it is, it's about what it can become." —The Lorax
“Look at me!
Look at me!
Look at me NOW!
It is fun to have fun
But you have to know how.”

“And the Grinch, with his Grinch-feet ice cold in the snow,
stood
puzzling and puzzling, how could it be so? It came without ribbons.
It came without tags. It came without packages, boxes or bags. And he
puzzled and puzzled 'till his puzzler was sore. Then the Grinch thought
of something he hadn't before. What if Christmas, he thought, doesn't
come from a store. What if Christmas, perhaps, means a little bit
more.”
“Don't give up! I believe in you all.
A person's a person, no matter how small!
And you very small persons will not have to die
If you make yourselves heard! So come on, now, and TRY!”
Dr. Seuss, Fox in Socks
