Little Blue and Little Yellow

We had fun reading Little Blue and Little Yellow, a story about friendship. We learned that together, yellow and blue make green. We used blue and yellow play-doh to make green. We took turns putting them together. It was a lot of fun!

We even took home a baggie with Little Blue and Little Yellow so that we could retell the story to our families!

Super Star KIDS!

We had a great Super Star last week! She took Clifford to the Rodeo over the weekend. Clifford is having so much fun!

Zero the Hero

It's hard to believe we have already been in school for 10 days! Time flies when you're having fun! And I am having a blast with these kids! We celebrated our 10th day of school with our Zero the Hero helpers! We even counted to 100 with "Zero the Hero" and did the number stomp! Zero the Hero visits on every 10th day. He helps us learn to count by 10's and 1's! We like learning! It is lots of fun! 10 - 20 - 30 -40 - 50 - 60 - 70 - 80 - 90 - 100

We had fun reading Harold and the Purple Crayon and making purple creations! We are learning lots of color words!

We have mail!

Today we had a special note in our Clifford Mailbox!

Happy Birthday Clifford!

Today we celebrated Clifford's Birthday! Clifford is a very important character in our classroom. He helps us learn all kinds of things and we think he is SUPER SPECIAL!

We sang Happy Birthday to Clifford and pretended to make him a cake!

One of Clifford's Pals brought us a Clifford book! We had fun reading about Puppy Love and learned that love is spending time with others that we care about!

Clifford has lots of PALS!
