We cut open an apple and surprise...

there is a STAR inside!

Our apple had 6 seeds.  

We put them on a ten frame and then graphed them to show how many!

We made an apple word slider!  

We can read words like...

cat, sat, bat, mat, etc.

We made our very own Crock-pot Applesauce!

We watched as matter changed by heating the apples!

We learned that by heating or cooling, matter can be changed.

Our apples changed from solids to a liquid.

 We used a special recipe and measured carefully!

We learned that there are many types of apples and they all have a different taste and texture.

We really enjoyed our applesauce!
