Zero the Hero!!

 We had lots of fun with ZERO today!

We know that when you have a number and you take that many away...you have ZERO!

5-5=0

50-50=0

500-500=0

5000-5000=0

500,000-500,000=0

No matter how big or small the number...still ZERO!

Even though zero means nothing, zero is very important.  When you add a zero to the end of a number...the number continues to get larger and it's value is increased.  

Zero is a very important number!!!
